King.com Buys Fabrication Games As It Pushes Onto Mobile, Eyes Possible 2013 IPO

Swedish gaming company King.com acquired Stockholm-based developer Fabrication Games in a big push to expand onto Android and iOS this year.

With the deal, King.com acquires Fabrication’s talent and developer tools.

Previously published and developed titles remains in Fabrication. Fabrication had 12 employees and was founded as a spin-off of Jadestone Mobile.
